For a time, it seemed I was the only person on earth. No cars, no birds or night creatures stirring. The only sounds were the gentle crunching of snow underfoot and the occasional patch of snow softly falling from a tree bough overhead. The street lamps gave off a warm glow that contrasted and yet complimented the blue tinted snow. What a magical night.
