What to you do with those overripe vegetables hiding in the back of your refrigerator? You photograph them, of course!
I found this "a-bit-past-it's-prime" bell pepper languishing on a lower shelf in the icebox. So naturally, I felt the need to spend the next hour or so photographing it from multiple angles.
I ended up placing it inside an old wooden crate set on it's side for the background. After it was all finished, the elderly pepper was sent to it's final resting place...in the sink garbage disposal.
This is a 3-shot HDR with a single diffused flash placed in the upper right.
