While it may look like some science fiction alien mechanical robot eye or perhaps the Hal 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey, it is, in fact, an articulating LED desk lamp. Well, at least that is what I think it is. Perhaps it really is some form of artificial intelligence - an eye in the sky - that sees all and hears all. I wonder if it is a friend or foe?
